Everything was superb, even though we stayed for 3 nights only. the local staff was extremely helpful and excellent. the location of this charming old and unique hotel was perfect, near the upper & lower squares for the Xmas market. Miss Sophie's Olomouc - Boutique Hotel in Olomouc was a fantastic experience overall. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our short stay enjoyable. the hotel's location was ideal, situated close to both the upper and lower squares, which made exploring the Christmas market effortless.

make sure you stay in the deluxe king room with beautiful design overall and lovely bed plus 4 floors-2. the location is particularly good with private parking available at the back. overall the staff is very welcoming.

There were very comfy beds and a fridge, an electric kettle, and an air conditioning inside the room. Café was perfect for breakfast. Location in the middle of the city was a plus.

Clean, excellent value hotel, the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent not far from Olomouc as well as Palacky University. The room was huge, new-fashioned and had a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers and a sitting area. A bath was large and everything was perfect.

Great location, super close to local spots instead of big hotel chains, right in the heart of the town and the old part of the city. Plenty of yummy breakfast options at the café. 🥐.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. Everything was within walking distance, including the historic town square and the impressive cathedral. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful tips for exploring the area. The room itself was amazing, cozy and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had all the toiletries I needed. it was a great experience staying here.

Our room, a Deluxe Double, was spacious, well-designed, and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-stocked and even had cosmetic cotton pads, which was a nice touch. We were also pleasantly surprised with a welcoming gift of apples, chocolate, and mineral water. The hotel is connected to a lovely café, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. we had an amazing experience here and would definitely stay again.

Our room had a noisy location, facing a busy street, and the pedestrian traffic went on long into the night. Keeping the windows closed meant the room was too hot, despite the one fan provided.
